The universal law, we create our lives from the inside out, is a paradoxical statement, simple yet profound.

If we choose to believe in this universal law, it requires us to constantly strive to become aware of how we are manifesting our existence. It requires us to continually ask ourselves about our emotions, our beliefs and our intents. It requires us to become honest evaluators of the truth that exists inside of us.

This same law provides us with a context to know more about our emotions, intents and beliefs. It is like an ocean that gives us life force to experience ourselves as people. Manifesting our world from inside of our selves, already presents us with a presumption that our energy manifests. Our energy is made up of our emotions, beliefs and intents and helps us define our everyday choices.

Perhaps someone has an unhealed, painful relationship with their mother and they choose an unhealthy friendship with a woman who is not loving toward her. From this law’s perspective, we can say her energy helped her choose this unhealthy relationship. What is the purpose?

Inherit within the law is also the precept that there is constant creation, moment by moment. By the nature of the very law that incurs change at each moment, she recreated her mother energy not to create more pain for herself, but to help her consciously become aware of the energy that is within her.

Once a person becomes enlightened of the energy within them, there is always a shift into change. We live on a learning planet, where we encounter painful experiences to help us heal or to transform our lives into a more expansive awareness of who we are as people. People often wonder why we have to encounter the suffering that occurs on this planet and what true purpose can suffering possibly serve. Perhaps within us we have yet to become consciously aware that we, as whole, can manifest something different.
