I keep seeing birds around me and feel so sad because I have also been hitting them with my car.  My mom just passed away and I am having a hard time.

My great grandmother always said that birds are messengers of good news.  If you hit a bird it means you will be letting something go and receiving news of something new.  Often I see this as news as a baby.   You mother passed away and is probably communicating with you.  I know it hurts but remember that she is in a beautiful, peaceful place and you are still fulfilling the rest of your lessons on this earth plane and then will join her.  But for now she is with you in spirit because we are never separated in spirit.  We are only separated in the flesh.  God is within us all and we are all connected.
