Many people often have difficulty making adjustments. People often get stuck in a rut and its important for them to take steps necessary to make a life change and become happier and more productive. The law of attraction states "what we put out we attract back to us in equal amounts". When our lives are out of balance we draw stress and self defeating circumstances. When we allow ourselves to practice peace we draw balance and return towards a normal state of being.
There are different ways that we can manifest peace in our lives. By integrating positive thinking, releasing old patterns and practicing ways to listen to ourselves this can be achieved.
Here are a few techniques that I would recommend.
Change one thing in your daily routine. In order to break self defeating patterns we must retrain ourselves to accept change. By doing this it is easier to accept new ways of caring for ourselves
When you wake up in the morning begin with a positive thought. If a negative thought comes into your mind don't ignore it. Replace it with a positive.
Use breathing to bring balance in your life. Many of us may not have a lot of time to meditate but by taking three deep breaths and exhaling three times a day we can bring oxygen into our bodies and feel more balance.
Replace words like "I can't" with "I can" and "I might" with "I will". Did you know that your thoughts and words are energy? The energy we put out, we get back. Make it positive!
Learn to tune yourself into your senses. We were all given the ability to see, hear, feel, smell, taste and touch. By getting in touch with these senses we become more aware of our needs and learn to honor what we feel.
When someone hands us negativity make the choice to not accept it. Using visualization we can re frame our minds and response patterns

Live in the moment.
Recognize that we have a choice to live in love or fear. Know that when you feed the fear you stay fearful. But when you feed anything with love it leads to positive manifestation.
Know that your goals are possible. If you can imagine something you can manifest it.
Begin to recognize your inner voice and what "no" means and what "yes" means to you.
Exercise the mind, body and spirit (yoga,karate,exercise, meditation, healthy eating, positive thinking, body work, increase awareness and many other techniques).
When people make a change, whether its a new way of thinking, diet plan or work out plan, theres always a fear of falling back into the old lifestyle. Often this fear is what keeps us from beginning. It is very important to set your intent and make it something that you are comfortable with. If you want to bring in a new exercise plan make sure it fits into your daily routine. For instance if you are working from 9 to 5 every day and want to start working out make sure you find a time that is concussive to your schedule. It's all about setting your intent, planning and then taking new action. Thus embracing new energy in your life.
Remember, if you want to heal your body, you must first heal your mind.
